We are the one and only food trailer in Tassie (that we know of) that is cooking mini-donuts fresh to order. Guests love to watch their mini donuts being made right before their eyes and then to eat them deliciously hot and fresh seconds later.

Our trailer is eye catching and attractive and we can begin cooking for your patrons 30 minutes after set up. Our super cool donut machine can produce 1200 mini donuts per hour which means we can serve each customer in under 1 minute!
ABOUT OUR TRAILER ...

Our trailer is 4.5m long and 2.1m wide. With our draw bar folded away we can fit into a 3.7m long space.

We have our own generators or can plug into mains power (10 or 15 Amp are fine).

All we need is a little room to maneuver the trailer into place and a relatively flat piece of ground.

Our donuts are served with cinnamon and sugar and are the size of a 50c piece. Usually sold by the dozen.
They are great for vegetarians and have gluten, egg and milk product in them.
We offer home-made dipping sauces to compliment the donuts. Flavour options include
